Shaykh Zoheeb is a scholar of Islamic theology who was born and raised in Glasgow, Scotland. Despite a rebellious youth, he underwent a transformation in his mid-to-late teens and started to explore his love for religion. As a result, he pursued a six-year study of Islamic theology under the guidance of Hazrat Yusuf Motala (ra) at Darul Uloom, Bury in England. During his studies, Shaykh Zoheeb established Al Falaah in Scotland in 2013, with the aim of providing Islamic courses and lectures to students and professionals, leading to the establishment of Al Falaah Academy in 2014. He subsequently established institutions of Islamic sciences in Istanbul in 2019 and Albania in 2023, while continuing to mentor students from around the world. Shaykh Zoheeb has also studied under the guidance of Shaykh Fazal Raheem from Jamia Ashrafia, Lahore, and holds a Master’s degree in Islamic Education from United Kingdom. He has received Ijazatul Hadith from a number of scholars, including Shaykh Mahmud Effendi (ra) in Turkey.
Shaykh Ahmed Abdul Latif Abbas is an esteemed scholar who began his Islamic education in Shariah in Sham. For many years, Shaykh Abbas selflessly served as a devoted teacher and principal in various renowned institutions. Later in life, he moved to Turkey and pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Islamic law, followed by a Master’s degree from Fatih Mehmat University in Istanbul. Shaykh Abbas continued his service to the Islamic education sector in Turkey as a principal and mentor in various prominent institutions. Currently, he is serving as deputy manager in Darul Falaah, continuing his tireless efforts to impart knowledge and educate the youth. Shaykh Abbas has been recognized for his exemplary dedication and contribution to the Islamic education sector with numerous awards.
